We can't condone being human, for now.

So much stands in our way as passengers on this small spaceship. So we step back from the algorithms, broken systems, and echo chambers which claim our humanity. We start somewhere - anywhere.

It is often said that we choose what we return to the Earth; food or poison. But if we dig deep enough, we’ll find that everything is poisoned. The apples were sprayed in eden. And we still must feed ourselves and save the seeds. We learn to grow the food anyway. We hijack and steal to feed people anyway.

Between rage, despair and hope, we will allow all of this to overwhelm us. Because it's supposed to. Only then we might come to understand and think outside of our short existence and love in timescales much longer than our own.

We can love at the speed of the Earth.

This movement for collective liberation demands that we do, for generations beyond us and before. We have the space and time to feel this, because we are actually part of Earth itself. We came from it directly. Will we remember that? We all return to the soil just as the many lives of Palestinians and others around the world claimed by colonizers already have -- or the 60% of global wildlife populátion loss in the last 50 years.

So once again, we can't condone our version of a multi-cellular organism. But we all will be Earth longer than we'll ever be human anyway.
